The hotel was in a slight state of disrepair; I had booked 3 rooms, one had a golf ball sized hole in the ceiling and the window slats around the hot tub would not open; turning the hot tub simply into a regular indoor bubble bath. All of the Tahiti Pearl Beach Resort's room face the ocean and are decorated in a simple Polynesian style with dark wood floors, dark wood furnishings, and local artwork. Drinks are quite expensive, half price on some cocktails at happy hour though. Our room for the 3 nights was on the 3rd floor and had an amazing view of Matavi Bay.
