Dialogue

A year-long project involving extensive research and discussions in the Middle East and Europe, and an intensive two-day Dialogue which took place last November in Athens/Sounion, Greece.

Details of the project are available in a report written in four languages (English, Hebrew, Farsi and Arabic). The report carries a foreword by Judge Christopher Weeramantry, former Vice-President of the International Court of Justice.

Dialogue

The Centre for Dialogue was established by La Trobe University in September 2005 and inaugurated on 15 August 2006, at the National Gallery of Victoria, with the strong support of the Victorian Government. At the opening, attended by more than 700 people, Judge Christopher Weeramantry, former Vice-President of the International Court of Justice, delivered the inaugural Annual Lecture.

Worlds in Transition by Joseph A. Camilleri and Jim Falk was launched on 13 April 2010 by The Hon Michael Kirby, former Justice off the High Court of Australia, Professor Stuart Macintyre (University of Melbourne) and Professor Dennis Altman (La Trobe University).
