Kisame hasn't show to have any tougher skin than the next, so I don't see how they couldn't not pierce vitals. Kisame also condescendingly refers to Zabuza as a kid. Look how much Land of Waves Sasuke tanked senbon although Haku is purposefully senbon sometimes. Zabuza dies from Tobirama's initial blitz. If KN0 Naruto can break Haku's mirrors then Kisame should no issue doing so. Zabuza is literal fodder here and Itachi beats Kisame. Kisame could make the area his play field or shroud he and Zabuza in water and fuse with Samehada, giving him an even bigger edge. Regardless of strength, if you can be cut normally (like Kisame was), then you can also be pierced. Kisame would see him as dead weight.Kakashi couldnt see anything and needed Pakkun and the boys to catch him. After reviewing, I do think Zabuza and Haku would have a chance, provided the scenario and restrictions were more favorable. He wouldn't know it was a wave. Even more so with Kisame creating vast amounts of water. he could blitz either, and if bloodlusted water dome would definately engulf his opponents (as well as completely negate hidden mist), and then Kisame speedblitzes even more.
