Dr John Wilkins  has a PhD in history and philosophy of science at the University of Melbourne, and has written and published a number of books and academic papers on the philosophy of biology and the relationship between science and religion. He has held an ARC research fellowship at the University of Sydney and has held academic positions at the University of Queensland, Bond University, University of New South Wales and the University of Melbourne. He is currently an Honorary Research Fellow at The University of Melbourne, and a Research Scholar at the Ronin Institute, headquartered in Montclair, NJ, USA. He describes himself as an eternal student, and hosts and writes for an online blog’ “Evolving Thoughts”.
