Samantha Orr has worked in the humanitarian sector for more than a decade and since 2014 with OCHA’s Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific. She has responded throughout the region, including Fiji (TC Winston), Nepal (Gorkha earthquake), and Philippines (Haiyan), as well outside the region, most recently Libya. Before joining OCHA, Ms Orr worked for the Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
